I ordered the twelve pack of Renuzit 2X Super Odor Killer and received Snuggle. I wanted it to just be replaced, but could only return it. When I went to reorder, hoping they'd sent the right one, the price was $4 higher! I have used this variety for years. It takes care of odors without adding other overpowering scents. The price has gone up considerably over the years, but I like the product. But I have issues when they send the wrong item and I am not sent a replacement but have to reorder at $4 more. Not going to do it. I suggest Buyer Beware with this vendor!

Great product when purchased at store, but wrong Oder was sent & 4 out of 12 were melted.

We need these for shoe closets and such.

I have used these for a very long time. They are a very slow "burn". You unplug the top and pull up the little nozzle and wait. They do the job. I avoid the fancy smells as the plain old original seems to do the trick.

This is the BEST fragrance Renuzit carries. I use it in closets, near the exchange vents and freestanding in the house and at work. It's a fresh neutral scent. Oh! Did I say I place one by the litter box? And in the car too? What more can I say, other than it's time to order more! :)

The original, as shown, is terrific, however it is discontinued, and the seller(s) are sending a new replacement that is not as good, and charging a premium price to boot !!I strongly recommend OZIUM odor eliminating gel, original scent, instead.
