These have to be the best ever kitchen scissors for me they are brilliant and cut through a chicken bone like paper great to cut up a chicken for sharing as I can cut it properly with these and they are really easy to use not like other kitchen scissors which you can hardly get your hands into, I bought a second pair of these for my Aunty who suffers with arthritis and she is also a big fan. I would rather use these scissors now than a knife for cutting most meats for stews etc as they are much easier to use and they are stainless steel a very good quality stainless steel spring loaded and easy to clean. Although it is heavy duty stainless steel they are not uncomfortably heavy to use. I am very happy with my purchases and would recommend them to anyone wanting an addition of good quality kitchen scissors I am keen to try their other products as this is such a good one. They arrive in a neat little box which is great for storing or giving as a gift as it is a really useful gift to give....

I work as a professional chef, and find that having scissors is needed in the field. I use them to trim pineapple tops, cutting wing of chicken, and many other things as needed.These scissor are very nice and sharp. They are well calibrated such that the two sharp edges meet nicely without too much resistance. It seems to have a pretty well extended metal going into the handle so they won't break easily.

Superb quality stainless steel scissors, they cut super well through all different types of food, they are the most sharp cooking sissicos i have ever come across and are just an ease to work with while cooking, i find them very easy to use and cut very quickly leaving a perfect edge, they are a great design and are super easy to keep clean, i would highly recommend this item.

Very happy with these "scissors". Unconventional in that they don't have loop hand grips and this requires a bit of technique to operate them freely. Excellent in that the blades are continuous with the handle (unlike cheapo things where the handles are held on by a wish and a prayer). I expect these to last a long time.

I usually have to move my hand to an awkward angle to get the cut started. I feel almost as if they were made for lefties perhaps. Something strange about the design in my opinion for sure. I do like the weight of them and that they lock

I purchased the JoyFork Kitchen Shears for the ease of breaking down poultry for stock and more even cooking. It has exceeded my expectations. Sharp and efficient. I was only using a sharp knife in the past. Nice addition to my kitchen tools.

These are just great, easy to spatchcock a chicken, cut meat or veg. Spring-loading makes job easy and stainless steel throughout means cleaning is a cinch! Very much recommend these, super fast delivery too!

These are the best kitchen scissors i have ever had. I cut up a chicken into pieces and they went through it like butter and the box they were in is lovely.
