iQunix Color Pad Aluminum Mouse Pad Gaming Mouse Pad Smooth Mute Blue 15-Inch Office Product

Not sure what I expected when I bought this - but be assured, that I was completely shocked by what I received. Not sure if I overlooked the 15inch description, or if I perhaps blindly in love with the color just went ahead and reimagined 15 inches to be half that size, but what I received, in a, might I add, wonderful gift ready/presentable packaging, was huge! About the size of my, 15-inch laptop, actually. Much to my dismay, I've learned to not part with my oversized mouse pad, as it is both true to color (which is gorgeous I should say), craftsmanship is stellar. Rubber underside has become most useful on some slippery work field spots. Not sure how it's used for gaming or how the hard material/shine works vs regular mouse pads, nor do I know what type of user actually needs this large of a mouse pad, however it does work well for mouse use and as notepad holder on the sofa/bed/literally at work locations with limited desk space.

This is nice for aluminum units. The reason to buy this unit is you like heavy metal sheets for mouse pad but don't want the standard silver aluminum color but want a black, blue or red one.Performance wise this unit will serve and it looks great next to your equipment on your desk. I'm using it with my old trusty Logitech G9x Laser mouse no issue.However remember its still a sheet of metal. Most people have complained about noise and drag with all metal pads. I agree metal pads so far are not as smooth as say func industries plastic smooth 17" pad. That one is probably the best if you desire smooth best of class FPS action. This one has its use for style, and serves for second class FPS gaming action. It is definitely better than cloth pads for smoothness and mouse tracking action, but not as good as my best of class func industries pad which actually tough to beat due to its perfection. My mouse glides over the func pad with little friction but has more friction on metal pads like this. Cloth pads are the third tier of pads and I consider them garbage for gaming and desktopping.For desktopping this iQunix works wonderfully and perfectly. It does not move on the desk and has a nice weight and rubber bottom.As a best of class FPS player I am extra sensitive to this issue of smoothness and friction.. I will easily kill 100 players in a death match while everyone lags behind and blows themselves up in comparison. To get to this level having a super smooth mouse pad helps especially in the more intense matches.Buy this pad solely because you already like aluminum pads but want to upgrade to the blue one or other color like I did or you want something better than cloth.

Nice pad. I bought it as a gift for my wife. The material, the design and it's colour are superb!
