This is a trusted brand. I've never had a problem with it. I have a new puppy. After reading 1 star reviews, I was a little concerned. There are a lot of bad comments. Maybe their pets were allergic to it. Maybe they didn't get all of the soap off. I does not stink. Probably just a preference that they didn't like. It's not a strong scent either. A little goes a long way. I did shake the bottle as stated on the label. I was careful with his eyes. No issues. You do know that anything that says it's safe for the eyes usually has a numbing ingredient. Right? I ordered the puppy shampoo anyway. I only used a little bit at a time. I added just a little water to my hand. It lathers well. It smells good. I rinsed and rinsed him well. I got under the arm pits, the feet. In between his toes. All of those places just rinsing the soap off doesn't get to. He looks so clean. He smells clean. No itching. Previously I did use the cat formula because it's all I had. He itched like crazy. It's possible I didn't get all of the soap off. Also possible since it's made for cats and something in it didn't agree with him. The puppy shampoo worked out great though. He smells a little like coconut. It's a light scent and he smells good. This bottle will last a while. I will purchase again. Oh and packaging was perfect. No damage or shampoo leaks.

Will absolutely buy again. My dog has such bad skin issues. My vet recommended this shampoo and it really is amazing. She doesn't smell like wet dog after a bath and doesn't scratch as much. I like that it has matching refresher spray for in between baths. It's not just an overscented cover up soap. It really works to calm her skin and get rid of the dog odor

I love this shampoo. Not only do you get a full size bottle of amazing smells so good shampoo that suds up great it rinses clean. Adds shine to my fur babies coat. Great value all around.

The best dog shampoo! My pitbull had reactions to everything until we tried this. It also has the most lasting scent on both of my pitties. They feel and smell so clean the longest with this.

Love the smell but my item arrived spilled into the wrapping of it /package and less product

So far just one bath for my 65lb short haired mix guy. His coat is still so soft and shiny after 2 weeks. The smell is not at all I repowering either which is great. His itching seems to have subsided slightly too but not sure how much of that can be contributed to the shampoo or change of season. Will update after more baths if things change.Definitely recommend this shampoo.
