Q: Can you turn it longer by stacking it

Yes you can. You can stack as many as you want.

Q: Will this stick to a popcorn ceiling surface?

As a guess. I say yes. If it fails. It doesn't cost you much. But probably will stick.

Q: Why won't these wrap around a pole as pictured? (A reviewer stated this) I need them but its for 2 poles so it would have to wrap around.

These WILL wrap around a pole. Depending on the thickness of the pole, you might need multiples of these if you want to complete wrap all 360 degrees around the pole.

Q: In the picture, the yellow/black example shows it curved. Does this mean it has comes with the cuts to allow the curve or do I have to cut it?

The "Column Guard" comes pre-cut to allow adhering to curved surfaces. It works great on steel columns and with a little care the stripes can be lined up to give it a thought-out installation.
