Very fast shipping, wasn't scheduled to arrive until March7-12 but it came on the 6th. Now as for the product I noticed the next day my knee pain from arthritis is pretty much gone, I'm35 and had knee pain since like 18, also my slight nerve pain in my right forearm is gone, I've taken many different herbs and supplements and the only thing that really made the pain go away was taking Aqualyte and Ionyte in my water, problem is Aqualyte isn't around any more, its coral minerals from Japan, I've tried other coral minerals from Japan but none work like Aqualyte, also take both those run about 60 a month, so in the long run this will save money, I wish I knew about this long ago, I only heard about hydrogen water a week ago but it does work. More energy to and it seems like my eye sight is slightly better, interesting to see how it goes after months of use. but hey as long as my knee pain is gone thats a major win. Don't store the water in plastic bottles or leave in sunlight, I suggest get the special h2 bags or get a aluminum or steel holder with a cap. i drink the 1.8 liters it makes daily or even 2 of those.
