I have purchased 1.5 Gallon Vicks vaporizer.It didn't work from the beginning.I asked for replacement.It took more than 20days to replace the product but again the same problem it's not working.

US product.. Getting a watt converter is tough task . Not easily manageable.

I will not recommend any one to buy this product, as its USA product and needs voltage convert (220V to 110V and around 700W Capacity), which costs more than 2000.

Did not meet my expectation. Not very effective. Too costly for this quality and product.

THe convertor provided was under rated and fuse blew on 1st instance, got a heavy convertor, working fine now. Used it earlier too in 80s as I got it from USA

Please specify the voltage rating of this product is it 110v or 220v. It is not clear which country this originated from.

Budget friendly, easy to use and effective. Bought it for my cats with upper respiratory viral infection. This little vaporizer produces a lot of warm steam in a 12’ x 12’ room that helps relieve their sinus congestion and red dry eyes. I give them a 4 hours steam treatment in the late morning and then again in the evening starting at bed time. This little machine has auto shut off when water in the chamber is below the minimum level. The machine operates for about 4 hours with a maximum fill level. It does make very audible bubbling noise during the first 5 minutes, then it quit down to a soft bubbling sound that’s very soothing for sleep. The little green “night light” is very dim and unobtrusive. After each use, I empty out the remaining water; the water will contain specks of black grits; I believe they are the by product sediments of minerals. I rinse out the water chamber with water then, soak it with a vinegar and water solution and sit the cooled heating unit in this solution for 10 minutes. Final rinse and shake with plain water until no more vinegar odor or black specks. Wipe the water chamber and outside of heating unit dry, sit them out to air out before refilling for the next application. Add 1/8 teaspoon of plain salt (no iodine or any additive) into the water chamber, this helps increase the warm steam out put. I opened the windows a bit and turned on a small fan to air out the room for a few hours to dry out. I’m very happy with this effective, nothing fancy and easy to use little machine.

It works fine but do not think am NOT getting effective use of medicine cup it is not getting enough heat or able to disperse the oils I am using into the air flow just evaporates Get better cleaning of scale by using baking soda instead of salt . . Salt builds crystals and baking soda remains scale

Cumple su función como vaporizador, sinceramente pensé que era más pequeño, es muy muy grande, pero recomendable para la congestión

Este producto lo compré para que mi bb no tuviera resecas las mucosidades durante la noche. Es muy funcional, junta bastante vapor y no gasta mucha energía. Algunas veces hay que ponerle un poco de sal para que produzca cantidad suficiente de vapor. Además, puedes ponerle tabletas vic para que deje un olor a menta. Al producto se le junta una especie de salitre, que de vez en cuando hay que retirar, pero no es complicado.
