I'm really pleased with this — it's very easy to set up (with good instructions) and works great. It really helps you shoot very steady video. One thing to note — it can be pretty heavy once mounted with all the kit — that's not the fault of the Crane 2 itself (which is pretty light) but just something to bear in mind. It gets tiring after a while. You might want to consider some of the accessories, such as the double grip to relieve some of the pressure.It comes in a very nice case, compact and easy to fit it back into.All things considered, I'd recommend this for anyone doing DSLR video shoots on the move.

Although I'm still getting used to it, so far my Panasonic G80 coupled with the Crane 2 has produced stunning smooth video pans, tilts and tracking even on windy beaches. Build quality is excellent and the battery power allows me to film all day. Setting it up was a doddle using Momans email link. The servo follow focus unit works very well with my Tamron 17-50mn f2.8 although you do lose some features when using this lens. I'm still learning the capabilities of the Crane 2 and and so far, it has exceeded my expectations.

Great costumer service! The item itself is extremely well made and comes with the servo follow focus included. Making it much better value than if purchased elsewhere. I am extremely please with the handling of this gimbal the only downside is it can get a little heavy if held for long periods, though this is nothing in comparison to the ronin s.

Took me some time to balance it for the first time as found out I hat to set the motor strength to high due the heavy payload. But after the very initial struggle, it turned out to be a great piece of kit! Really like the following focus too, as it is completely silent and very accurate.

My first gimbal so difficult to compare against others but so far I love it! The footage I get is silky smooth. The controls are awesome, being able to change camera settings is amazing as is the focus wheel.

Great service and great product. Tried afew of the cheaper stabiliser/gimbals and returned them. Decided to invest in the Crane 2 and it was well worth the investment. Really sturdy and works perfectly.

The battery life is great. It's easy to setup and use. Great for light mirrorless cameras. Only downfall is the jitters you sometimes get especially when panning. Can be very abrupt and noticable.
