Great cheese, safe for my corn allergy

This is great cheese! Most cheese in the US dusts their wrappers with corn starch without labeling it but this company doesn't, this is great cheese that is safe for my moderate corn allergy. Love it!

Flavorless

I don't understand the 5-star reviews. The cheese is almost completely without flavor. It's too bad because it's got a great color, and I thought it'd be better than this.Organic Valley is much better.

Beware no longer grass fed !!!!

What a disappointment when I went to the store today 7/29/19 and the blocks of Mozzerella that I always buy, that were grass fed are now Pasture Raised!!!! Bait and switch this is NOT the same. The picture is no longer what this is showing here on Amazon, it is a new label, see my photo. I just took a photo of the mozzarella, but mind you every single one said pasture raised no longer grassfed!!!! Will no longer spend over $6 on a block of cheese that isnt grassfed.
