Cheap cable, good customer service
After only a few months of use in a non-mobile office environment, the cable has completely oxidized blue. Additionally, one of the MMCX connectors is loose and loses connection regularly. I confirmed this is not the IEM by testing it with a different cable. I'll be reaching out for a replacement.UPDATE: They promptly sent out a new cable, I appreciate the good customer service. Added stars to reflect this, and hopefully this cable holds up better than the last one.

Good cable but...
Mine started turning blue/greenish after the first month around the earpieces. Still good product.
