Compact storage and works great
These are large enough to seal a bag- nothing falling out and not a lot of air getting in. It’s not airtight, but the length means it goes across the whole bag so that food stays fresh.I use the large ones more than the shorter ones (unless you have small packages?). Slips on super easily as long as you fold the package.

Really Awesome For Keeping Stuff Contained and Secure
A friend of mine introduced these to me. Her family would buy them at the WA state fair. It's a really a brilliant design and works great. Unlike a clip they run the whole width of the bag, so the whole bag seals up if you're trying to keep things fresh and contained. No run away peanuts. They are really easy to use by simply making a clean fold and smoothly threading on the middle probe of the stick. Plus you can securely grab one or multiple bags with one hand by the casing of the sticks because they are nicely textured to grab and they won't slide off the bag like a clip might. Great for camping, closing up your bag of trail mix on a hike, that giant bag of popcorn you managed to save for later, bags of produce or bags that don't have zipper locks or zipper locks that don't work. They seem to be pretty strong for normal use. I wouldn't try to lift a 20 pound bag from the end of the stick, but that should be common sense. The longer sticks are long (pink one), so you'll want a good spot in the drawer long enough to store, but they are slender to put on the side on the side of the silverware. If your bag is a tad wide for the stick and it's important to seal the whole bag, you can fold the side at an angle before folding over top down to make it more narrow. Start threading the stick on the end with the double fold to make it easier. It makes a tight seal so keeping the folds wrinkle free ensure it slides on easily.

Get a grip with GriptStic!
A child can apply these ingenious colorful bag sealers! A friend had these and I was curious. After a demo, it seemed my clothespins, office clips, and other attempts to retain product freshness needed an upgrade. These straight-across clips come in very useful lengths and a variety of colors. Food bags in my pantry, refrigerator, freezer, or on the go retain freshness optimally with GripStic. Potentially works with other bags of stuff to store, too. You fold your bag over neatly one time and slide the closure in place. Simple, effective, and priced right to protect your contents properly. No critters, no crumbs, no problem. You will get the knack and lock down that sack with glee!

Cool design, easy to use
The media could not be loaded. These clips work great. They work on most bags that I’ve tried - chip bags, frozen fruits and veggies, cereal, goldfish, and other snacks. I was curious and tried it on my bag of rice but that was too thick. They even work on bread bags and sandwich bags, although it definitely harder to put on flimsier bags. I love that they are reusable. They are water tight only if the bag has no wrinkles! If the bag is wrinkled a bit in the clip, it will leak (but only slightly and when held upside down). I tested it out with a pretty flimsy bread bags, some water, and a couple clips. When I used a clip that was barely big enough (green), it caused the bag to wrinkle a bit and drip on the right side where the wrinkles are. With a larger clip (pink), the water stayed in the bag when I flipped it upside down, even when I shook it! I’ll attach the video of the leaking bag. Would recommend, just use the right size clip for the job!

Great product!
These work great!Unlike clips, they seal up the entire top of the bag. They work with minimal effort as you're not having to fold the top repeatedly. They are also not as bulky in a drawer

Ingenious bag sealer, works as expected, too expensive for what it is
𝗕𝗢𝗧𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 first:𝗣𝗥𝗢: These bag sealers work as expected (and probably better than any standard “clip” solution), creating an airtight seal for any food bag; seem sturdy and durable; and are fairly easy to put on and take off.𝗖𝗢𝗡: Way too expensive for what they are* (so one star off from five); a cheaper alternative exists.Picture a rigid plastic straw (a little thinner than one of those old-fashioned candy sticks) with a slit down one side. Fold the open edge of a bag and slide the GRIPSTIC [“the stick”] over the fold through the entire length of the slit—the bag is now sealed, presumably airtight. A yellow “guide”—which is probably the main innovation of this device—makes it easy to thread the stick through the fold. That’s how it works. It is pretty ingenious. It takes maybe 10 seconds to learn how to slide the stick on—the most important thing is to have the slit facing down relative to the fold. The only difficulty is keeping the fold from bunching up ahead of sliding the stick over it but that’s easy enough to do. (Also, if the bag has a flap seam along the back, having the flap on the 𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 of the fold in the 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 as the sliding of the stick makes it easier to slide the stick over the fold.)Does it work? It seems to. The bags seem airtight sealed all along the fold.Is it worth it? Well, it does the job so it’s not just gimmicky junk. But a more reasonable price might be a third of what it’s currently going for on Amazon ($23.95) and I thought someone will undoubtedly knock these off at a cheaper price. And it turns out someone has—and at roughly a third of the price, too.† Search for “Magic Bag Sealer Stick.” (I have no idea what the quality of that product is but it looks very similar, right down to the yellow “guide.”) If you don’t want to go that route, you can get a pack or two of the 3-count “variety pack” (at $7.95 each) because you might not need a dozen of these things.*Sure, the slit has to be just the right width for these bag sealers to work well and so the GRIPSTIC requires some careful manufacturing. But the classic BIC Cristal ballpoint pen, with its tungsten carbide ball milled down to an accuracy of a fraction of a millimeter to rotate within a brass bearing, allowing the flow of just the right amount of ink, is machined far more precisely—and that goes for as little as 13¢ a piece. These bag sealers, all plastic, with no precision parts, sell for more than 15 times that price.†At the time I originally wrote this review. The price appears to have risen since that time.

Keeps air out and freshness in.
I absolutely love these GripStics! So easy to use and they seal in freshness and keep air out. Nice variety of sizes and don’t take up a lot of room in the drawer like normal clips. They also stay on the bags, unlike regular clips that tend to fall off and break.
