Bought this item for my dad and he loves them.... it is not leak proof especially at night

This product is poorly made and constructed so that it does not work AT ALL unless you are standing 24/7. Absolutely ridiculously and incorrectly described and the pictures are not accurate....you show a man laying down and sitting up.....both of which creates leakage. Plus the sheath that inside the plastic is sewn in to the plastic and would not last more than a few cleanings. How is that suppose to be changed so that the skin is not directly touching the plastic. I can't tell you how disappointed I was to pay this kind of money for a very, very poorly made product.

Does the job. My dad is incontinent of urine due to a stroke. These worked, however the shorts ripped the first time trying to put them on and we even ordered a size up. He is a small medium I ordered a XL. However it was easy to put the cup in a pair of briefs. It really is meant for upright use. Sitting or standing, walking. Laying down the urine sits in the cup. Also the rubber of the cup and the bags were covered in a dusty like substance. And because it is that rubbery material it did smell kind of funny. Just clean it good before use and maybe order a few sizes up.

Great for use at sporting events where access to aisle is difficult

I order 2 more in September the under shorts were too small. The 2 I order early were ok. I used the urinal cup with my old underwear I got the first time. The first 2 cups broke the snaps off taking off the short So could u send me 2 new one. At a cheaper price. They work good for when at work. Thank you

Bought these for my father they work well

I ordered XL and thats one size larger than normal underwear. upon putting it on my had ripped the back fabric then the right thigh busted the seams. not well made

Bought for husband for postop incontinence. Did not need for night-time which was good as it would never have worked for anyone in the supine position. Actually cut the cloth out as it would have served no purpose except to get wet. Works well for standing/walking and sitting. Two bags aren't really necessary if not using it at night, which you can't, so just rinse it out and let dry. Would be more useful to have two pair of underwear and one leg bag. Then could rinse out one pair for the next day. As it is, have had to order more than one and now have extra leg bags that don't need.
