Chess clock is really good but the initial setup and knowing how to set the time with bonuses and increments would take around 30 mins even with the provided manual . No one cares if it's fide approved as long as you are playing at home with friends and relatives. Digits are big enough and handling is very good . Also it's the cheapest clock available .

Would like to return the product as within 15 days the display is not working... Please arrange for providing full replacement and remove these cheater sellers from your platform ASAP..

Its not working after few months, and i did not had a good experience with the customer care of both amazon and Niviea. It took almost 2 months to confirm that the product has 7 days return window.The seller lifted the phone once and then remain silent to the email and phone.amazon misguided me saying to contact the seller for returnIt was also my mistake to not realize, that there is no warranty for this product.Any reference of the service centre of Nivie for the service of the product will be helpfull
