Absolutely the best! I thought I would try other less expensive calcium products. What a mistake! Jaw pain, constipation, and bleeding gums were the results. In fact, my gums were such a mess that I thought I might lose a tooth. Could it be my cheaper algae calcium…YES! I reordered my Osteo K and within 3 days my dental health was perfect again. Too bad I have a full bottle of my less expensive calcium. Ugh! Lesson learned….stick with the product that has great absorption and proven bone benefits. It is worth the money. Thank you NBI!

This is probably fine, but I can’t take due to CKD.

I have been happy with Osteo K with Calcium, D and K. I wish I could take all 6 capsules per day but my D is too high. I take 4 and 2 regular Calcium Citrates.

I love this product.. I have been taking it for years now .. I’m glad I try it out . It will be my best friend for life . Pain in your joints is so scary. I hope they never stop making them .

It is important to get enough K2 supplement - most are for 100 mcg and that simply is not enough as far as I know. I take 2 of these a day (not 2 twice a day as recommended) so that they last longer and give me enough K2. I do not rely on these 2 pills/day to give me enough Calcium however. I watch the color in my teeth to be sure my body isn't robbing minerals from there. Originally I got the mnis since I have trouble swallowing pills. But now I just open them up and put the contents into my morning blender drink. The length of each capsule is about 3/4" and the width just under 1/4". Contents per 2 pills:: Vit D (cholecalciferol) 1000 IU, Vit K2 (MK4) 22.5mg, Calcium (citrate) 200 mg. 120 pills per bottle. "More than 50 studies with over 7,000 participants show MK4 (45 mg/day) grows stronger bones." Quote is from the bottle. Amazon's price was competitive, lower than where I was buying them. Contains NO yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk/dairy, sodium, artificial coloring, preservatives or flavoring. Made in the USA.

My naturopath suggested this product as studies have shown that higher doses of Vitamin K drastically improve absorption of calcium. This was the only product I could find that met her requirements.
