I picked up the WORKPRO 150-Piece 5" 8-Hole Sanding Discs Set because of the great price, and overall, I'm pretty satisfied. You get a wide range of grits, which is really convenient for everything from rough shaping to finishing. They attach easily, dust extraction works well, and they cut nicely right out of the pack. The downside is that they wear out fairly quickly, especially on heavier jobs. You'll go through discs faster than with some of the higher-end brands. That said, for the amount you get and the cost, it's still a solid value. If you don't mind swapping discs more often, this is a budget-friendly option that gets the job done.

I bought these for my Skil orbital sander and they are high quality sanding sheets that work great.

These pads cover all your sanding needs, from rough fixes to smooth finishes. They seem to handle any speed setting very well, without losing stickiness to the hook-and-loop fit. These pads are easy to use; simply select the grit you need, and slap it on your Sandpaper adapter on the tool. They seem to last about as long as the "name" brands, at a fraction of the cost. I have used these on wood and metal, and have found them to be great all-purpose sanding pads.

I purchased these for multiple sanding jobs with my Dewalt sander during remodel. The ability to have multiple grain was a great benefit.
