Finally found one that works.
It works when one bulb isn't connected, but has no "clicking" sound, which is okay with me. I had to reverse polarity in an older truck.

Works
I am wiring my own turn signals and this flasher works with LED's. I tried 3 others and they either would not work or would shut off if a load was applied to the battery. This flasher works.

The media could not be loaded. Highly recommend!! Works great, no noisy clicking, flashes at a normal rate. Works great for LED10/10

Appears to be a quality product
After receiving this flasher relay... I changed my mind about installing new LED lights on my truck. This relay appears to be a quality product, just not for my solution for upgraded headlights on my truck

Doesn't work
This is the second LED flasher I've tried sold on amazon. I'm 0 for 2.My results are, a blinker will make the hazards come on, rather than just a blinker. The first relay I tried it was a coin flip as to which I'd get, a blinker or a hazard light flash. With this one, I'm always getting a hazard the first time, then the blinkers for the next times thereafter. After about 10 mins or a battery disconnect/reconnect test, it's back to hazards only the first time.If I just put my test light on these flashers, that's enough load to make them work correctly 100% of the time. These just can't sense the light load of all LED lights. I think I'm giving up and just going to install some load resistors and then either of the LED flashers will always work 100% of the time.Just leaving incandescent bulbs in the front blinkers, I never had a problem either, it's when I went full LED the problem arose.I'm sure someone, somewhere, makes a sensitive enough LED flasher, but because every car is different, our loads are all going to be different. If it worked for someone, it should work for me though as I've got a ;68 t-bird with multi blinkers in the rear and it's still not enough load for this flasher to sense.I know if I just install a couple load resistors I wont have to worry anymore. I'm not convinced any of these are going to be sensitive enough, but with just adding a bit of load, it's going to be a non issue. I should have just gone that route, rather than trying another one of these. It is a bit better than the first one I tried. I mean I could turn and and off my blinkers twice, whenever I wanted to make a turn, knowing the first time will be hazard lights, then the next a blinker but since I know load resistors will fix it and not have things wonky, I'll do that.Too bad these didn't just work though.Update:I decided to just add small incandescent lights (little trailer lights I had kicking around) in the trunk, to place a light load for this flasher to sense. 100% working blinker and hazard light now.I opted for this route, due to research saying load resistors got hot. Didn't want to risk that, so just added small lights inside the trunk. I even mounted them so that I can see if they light up, once a year when I bring the car out, whenever I put the blinkers on. If the bulbs are good, so will be my blinkers and hazards. Will probably take 10 years or more to blow a bulb, plus it cost me nothing.Since I went this route, I didn't need to bother with this second LED flasher, my first one works in the same manner..... so long as there's an incandescent bulb for each blinker, it's all it takes. Inside the trunk, no one can see it on (it only comes on when I use a blinker) and nothing to worry about heating up causing a fire.This LED flasher still failed, however. It was supposed to sense the LED lights and those alone were supposed to be enough load for it, so as to avoid this trick. Oh well. Maybe years latter when these improve, I'll try another so I can remove my lights. Until then, I've got a safe car with all lights working at least.

Needed for led light conversion in a classic car.
1.22.2025. I bought the two brake light led’s to replace my 1157 bulbs in my classic 67 Buick. Didn’t work so got onto YouTube only to find out I needed an additional part. Found this unit and it was a plug and play install and now I have brake lights, tail lights, emergency flashers and my front parking original non-led lights still work.Product works as described. How long it will last………..time will tell.

worked on my 93 chevy k1500
Worked for the hazards on my 93 chevy k1500 z71. its a little weird because its silent, but it does work for my hazards with all LEDs.
