My measurements are 14 1/2 inches, on the high end of Medium. I wanted firm support, and this is what these give me. They are very comfortable, and I wear them all day. The band at the top that has the silicone beading is a little bit tight, so I turned it over, they don't slide down. I am 5'4" and weight 150. I did what the Web site suggested and ordered the size that would give me a tighter fit. Very satisfied with the fit and color Beige.

Its comfortable ,the top of sleeve has little rubber to keep from sliding , stayed in place fairly good for me the back rolled down a smidge which msde it uncomfortable

It's good when you first put it on but after you wear it for a while it starts to slide down and wrinkle in the back of the knee area which drives me crazy because it becomes very uncomfortable to your skin and the back of your knee area and I have to stop and keep pulling it up. It's NOT because it's too big I think it's because it has nothing to really hold it in place besides the little dots on it which are really no help at all.

Helps my knees. Am trying to avoid knee replacement, so I actually wear this and another looser type compression sleeve, when playing pickleball. Seems to be working. I am moving pretty well since my injury. This is just one of the pieces to that, but I appreciate that I am successful so far.

In every other respect, this product worked just fine! Fit was good, compression was good, and the bottom cuff was reasonably comfortable. The problem for me was that the top cuff has silicone dots along the inside, to keep it in place. After wearing the sleeve for about 6 hours, I found that it was hurting. When I removed the sleeve, the dots had left red marks on my skin. *Over 12 hours later*, those welts are still visible! I call them "silicone", but I actually am not sure what they are (they're soft plastic with a grippy feel). I've never had any skin reaction to actual silicone before, so I don't know. But clearly, I can't wear the sleeve. Which is a shame, because it was otherwise what I wanted.

This knee brace is very effective. It supports my knee very well and allows me to exercise with no pain. However it will slide down your leg if you want in it… Its best used son a bicycle or exercise cycle or rowing machine…. anything in a seated position so it stays in place.

There are small round plastic pieces that are attached to the sleeve. Above the knee and below the knee. The plastic pieces are used to stabilize the sleeve to the leg. I wore the sleeve one day and the sleeve left small welts around my leg above and below my knee where the plastic pieces dug into my leg. The welts eventually turned to scabs and remained for a week. I wear medium/large clothes. I ordered a large sleeve. I do believe that an X-Large would have left the same welts. I do feel that the sleeve did support my knee, but at the expense of my leg.

These are great. I wish they had more colors. Will definitely order again.

I purchased this product for compression of my right knee. I ordered my size according the sizing chart. These work well - when it stays in position - There is rubber on the inside of the top of the sleeve but not on the inside bottom - so for me - with walking around etc., the bottom of the sleeve rides up my leg and then bunches up behind my knee. If there was rubber on the inside bottom I bet they would be perfect. Otherwise they are pretty good. I really like that they are a neutral skin color- nice for ladies for when you might wear a summer dress etc. Your knee compression sleeve doesnt stand out and look too ugly.

Great product to help me with my knee brace that I wear overtop of the sleeve. Sleeve helps me with the allergic reactions to materials from my knee brace.
