Mixes extremely well and very tasty! Looking at ingredients, high quality ingredients without unnecessary filler. Tastes like strawberry milk - I mix with half water and half milk and its perfect. Lots of protein powders are way overpriced for no reason but this brand provides excellent value for the $$ and thats why night keep coming back.

Strawberry flavor is delicious and mixing it dissolves the powder well enough that you don’t get a gritty texture as you drink it.

Cons Didn’t like the taste/smell at all (strawberry). Very artificial and is considerably far from strawberry too. Mixing wasn’t good either. Used it with 1% milk in a shaker with a metal ball. Takes a while and froths heavily. Had Syntha-6 before this and this is night and day. Pros Value for money. Added creatine. Digesting is ok. It works.

One of the better protein drinks I have had. I use 50% water and 50% milk in the blender. Flavor can be mixed up up adding fruit to the blender, for example a banana.

I've tried 3 different brands many times before, so I'll keep that in mind when comparing this product relative to others. Protein quality: Great! Noticable gains. Servings: 40, which is less than Optimum nutrition (70) and the serving itself is massive, so less protein per gram. Not a big deal for many but this large volume kinda disrupts the balance of my mixes Creatine: 3g per serving of creatine will save you money Flavor: I had my brother taste it as well and we agreed that it felt artificial, not in a bad way but I sense not all will love it, I still doubt anyone will dislike it though. Optimum Nutrition and Dynamatize flavors were way more authentic to actual strawberries. Price: could change but it's generally cheaper than others, keep in mind the 40 servings vs 73 in others, you do the math. Overall, this is a safe option if you wanna "mix" things up.
