Not usually a believer in these products however I do think these are working to suppress my appetite some what ... I’ve lost a couple of pounds in the last few weeks I’ve take them no jittery feeling !

i have taken this for a few months off and on ans i must say, it works. stops food cravings and gives me energy. i like it and no side affects. lost a few pounds. if you work out, eat right and take it every day you will see results the first week.
