Amazing book. Great quality. Incredibly low price for it's size and quality. Cool interviews with important makers of great adventure games. A good way to find new adventure games I haven't played before.

A Retro Gaming Triumph
"The Art of Point-and-Click Adventure Games" is an absolute triumph of book design. Not only is the text beautifully written, with many well-researched observations about a long-running genre that will be dear to the hearts of many retro gamers across the world, but the outstanding quality of its visual content really has to be seen to be fully appreciated; the beautiful, vibrant colours on its glossy pages perfectly reproduce the artwork of games from years past, bringing to life vintage titles in all of their pixellated glory. Anyone who is nostalgic for the glory days of the Commodore Amiga, or mayhaps the times when 256-colour VGA displays seemed like the last word in PC graphics, will instantly feel at home with this immaculately-judged account of a distinctive category of games that is still evolving even today. Brilliantly presented, thought-provokingly composed, and highly recommended.

Great Art, interesting written content, nostalgia heavy, wonderful value
Fantastic book from start to finish. It has almost every point and click game from the 80s to now with interviews from the guys that made them. The art is wonderful, the written content is interesting and overall the book is great value.
