Iberico Ham Shoulder Leg Cured for 24 Months, Between 20-25 Servings, 10-11 lbs

We LOVE it!You need to have developed a taste for this Deli product that I can eat "as is" (of course not the outside shell) and I can use the fat and left overs for cooking. You can also cut pieces to cook green peas and ham, nice lentils, add to bean and garbanzo stews, do "soap de ago"...oh, well, this HAM IS A BLESSING! DELICOUS! I'LL BUY IT AGAIN AND AGAIN!

The description of the product is inaccurate. It is not grass-feed. It comes with a white label, that according with the Spanish regulation, it is for the hams of at least 50% iberican breed and they lived in a feeding place eating feed. It should come with the green one, for animals with at least 50% iberican breed and cage-free animals. So, you're selling an inferior quality ham, but on the description, it said that the quality is better. The flavour is ok, but I was expecting the green label one.

I am a Spaniard and can’t live without ham. I love paletillas because is the perfect size for me and my family. I also prefer the taste of them although they are not really that different from the ham leg (which is the back leg of the pig). I ordered 4 paletillas so far from this vendor and every single time is really good. I do not understand the rating, it seems some people are rating without actually knowing much about ham/paletillas and it’s just a matter of personal taste. If you want to try a good paletilla without breaking the bank, this is it. Now I’m going to order another one.

It is very difficult to find cured ham in the states as we have it in Spain, some proscuto brands do the trick for a while...but nothing like the real thing! This ham was delicious! Not salty at all, just perfect and army a very good price! I jus wish they exported Salamanca's "chorizos" and "salchichones", or even rice morcillas! Anyway thanks for making this product available through Amazon!

Less than half of the useful ham is soft, most of it was very hard and the piece was very thin, so the use was very poor. The useful part was good, but it was very little compared to the size and weight of the leg. The shank was impossible to use, it was very hard and impossible to use

It was kind of a Meh product. Have had better from Iberico before. this had so much fat. and meat tasted a little funny also.

The ham arrived in a short time as promised and was packaged great, sealed in vacuum pack. I swear that the description mentioned the holder was included with the ham but we didn't get it but it wasn't much of a deal breaker especially for something you'll use only once and throw away anyway. The ham tasted great, fresh and meaty with just the right amount of the fat that makes it moist after it has been sliced.
