2019 straight fit, no issues.

I needed a new air filter for my 2012 QX56, with 5.6liter V8 that eats escalades, LOL .I could tell that fuel mileage had dropped just a bit over last spring. So I opened the filter case and yeah it was quite dirty. So I was looking at the Wix air filter listed here on amazon for a QX, but it doesn't have that 'notch' in the corner of the filter so I was afraid to order it. Then I saw the good price here on the K&N filter. I had not tried a K&N air filter before, so why not.It was here in three days and It fit perfectly. The K&N has a larger filter area where the stock filter was plastic for a good two inches of filter area.Immediate difference. The fuel mileage is up to 19 mpg, consistently! I didn't buy the QX for fuel mileage, mostly cause it is built like a tank. That K&N will let the 5.6 'sing' a little too. It sounds good on acceleration,where it was quite muffled before. I like the idea that the engine is getting more air, and the boost in fuel mileage is a bonus, if I can keep my foot out of the accelerator. It is a well built made in USA air filter. I am glad I tried it.I think you will notice a difference for the better too! Thanks K&N.

This is a great filter, if you know the product then you know. Increase horsepower, increased fuel economy. Obviously it's easy to install. And this is the best price you can get for it shopping anywhere.

I always buy K&N for every car I’ve owned

I love K/N filters in general. Don’t have to twist my arm to invest in them. The only negative to this particular filter (33-2456) for my wife’s 2019 Armada was that I had to position it in the top half of the air filter box and then clamp it down. Fits like a glove! So, beware if you own this particular year/model.

awesome noticeable mpg and hp way better than stock

Just installed the air filter after seeing K&N online that for my vehicle you needed to install it by holding it in the top lid. I had tried to get it to fit by putting in the bottom first which would not work. I did not receive any instructions with the filter. Little frustrating but it went right in once I did that. This was different from one that came with the car.
