My dad was looking for an all-natural way to boost his energy, and he suggested Maca, which I'd never heard before. So I looked around found Toniiq Maca Root Capsules. Like other Toniiq products, I expect them to be high quality. I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I'm more energized. Yes, I cheated and used the jar first before sending one to my dad. Lol. It's a great alternative to caffeine and it's a lot healthier for you. It's a great way to start your morning off. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking to enhance their energy levels. This premium supplement provides a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. I love Toniiq's maca it's super high potency it gives me a lot of energy/ endurance throughout the day. I've been using this product since 2019 and since then I've noticed it improves my mood as well as reducing my blood pressure. This Maca has helped me with my libido I've seen a dramatic change in that department as well. Last In the past I was having issues with my memory this product has helped me with that as well I don't see myself using any other brand. Beautiful packaging and high quality products with pure ingredients.

I noticed positive changes to energy levels alone within the first few days of taking this product. However, I do have to mention that I was also taking other supplements so I cannot say if this product alone is what has worked for me. But because of the good benefits I began to receive at the time I started using this product, I decided to do more research on maca and found that there are three different types of maca (yellow, black and red) and that each have different benefits in themselves. Toniiq unfortunately only carries the combination of the three and I wanted to try the individual colors and be able to use different concentrations of it. So I purchased red and black separately from another manufacturer. I have since combined the 3 (Tonniq's combination, and the Red/Black maca from the other company) and have to say that I am feeling so much better. Increased energy, slight muscle gain (due to my being able to workout longer, gain in strength and stamina (also allowing me to lift heavier weights in my workouts). Much better concentration and memory. Has helped improve feelings of depression (I do not take prescription anti-depressants). The other supplements I am taking besides maca, may in part have helped also in all of these benefits noted above, so I cannot attribute it all to just supplementing with maca. And though to some. this may sound to be a bit on the expensive side, I have to say that this is an investment that I am willing to make for myself if it improves my quality of life. And I cannot imagine anyone else out there not wanting the same. I have tried so many different supplements for so many years and probably wasted a lot of money in doing so (sadly not all products come with 100% money back guarantees). Throwing away anything that did not work for me though many claimed in their reviews that it did for them. For now I am happy to say that I have finally found a product that if not on its own but a part of a combination thereof, has definitely improved my life in may ways and would highly recommend to others to at least give it a try. I understand that people are different and may have to work at finding what works for them, for me, I had to increase the recommended daily dosage a bit (a combination of the 3 maca products I purchased for a total of about 3-6 grams daily) after the second week. I do however weigh about 180, so body weight is probably a major factor in this. (I may also opt to try the powder form next time and simply add to a protein shake just to save a little money in that regard). I have tried breaking the capsules and adding it to the protein shake just to see if I could tolerate the taste and have no problems in that regard. The black maca seems to have a stronger taste, but still tolerable for me. Plus I do get tired of having to swallow so many supplements and it is a nice change by simply adding it to the shake. Please do your research on any supplement you do decide to take or consult with your PCF. And keep looking for what works for you as not all products will give you the same results as they may give someone else. I do hope this review helps anyone else out there, who like me are not necessarily looking for a miracle cure, but something that will help improve their quality of life.

First I hope Toniiq sees this review. Why? Because I have used several supplements and now if a supplement is available via toniig I don't but it ANYWHERE else. So I want them to keep doing what they do! Yes their supplements are slightly pricey, but the quality stands out and as the saying goes you get it what you pay for. One reason I'm adding this as a general comment is I take this Maca and other supplements for male libido issue and more. What I will say is once I added Maca to my supplements the difference is super strong (catch ma drift) and very clear! I also take Tribulus also from Toniig and I have been able to reduce that dosage due to how powerful the Maca is. I will say with my specific situation I'm taking a bit more than the recommended dosage. So as they always say pls do your research first. Does this supplement work? Absolutely. Even though I take a few others, I'm super happy to take these supplements from nature than the little blue pill.

I have read on many websites about using maca to increase libido. I chose this brand because apparently it is potent, but the reality is that I did not feel the expected effect. Nothing changed in terms of my libido; what I did notice was a little more energy for my workouts.

Same as drinking tea. I asked for a return after a week of use and they sent me an email saying they won't refund my money. I'll call Amazon's customer service to complain about this product that doesn't deliver what it promises.
