Real Cherry Flavor!
This cherry extract is realistic in taste. Great in all of my baking and sauces. Always use caution when adding any extract. It only takes a little to enhance the recipe. I can tell this is excellent by the smell and taste of my finished products. It can withstand the baking process.

Nice tart cherry flavor
Tart cherry flavor, not watered down which is important. If you like a tart cherry flavor, you will be pleased

I bought the cherry extract. I made a quart of chocolate ice cream and added 1.5 teaspoons of the cherry extract to it. Nice hint of chocolate/black cherry flavor. I will make the same recipe again.

The flavor is concentrated which is wonderful... The problem is, that it doesn't taste like cherry - it tastes like almonds. I don't think I was accidentally sent the wrong bottle because it's artificially dyed to look like Cherry extract, and it smells like Cherry extract, but it tastes like almond extract.

Their natural flavors are amazing!
I have been using olivenations different natural extracts for baking, but also to make natural copycats of Starbucks drinks. This cherry one I got to make a copycat of the cherry chai latte, and it is really good! I only need a few drops of 1/2 tsp to make it. I will continue to buy their products as long as they keep supplying natural flavors for baking needs!
