If you don't do well with taking pills this definitely won't work for you due to the very large size. Very large. No flavor. Helps with inflamation.

I take fish oils because I loathe seafood. These are pretty standard 1g pills that are both reasonably priced and from a solid brand with quality products.

I don't use it for pain relief and I don't check the flavor but it does help me keep my triglycerides low. I have been using it for years and it works well.
