Everything works as expected.
The set up of this PC went without a problem. I set up a USB soundbar and a USB microphone quite easily. The old cd-roms have worked with only one, so far, having to be enabled in compatibility mode.I think that I could add a wi-fi dongle to get to the internet, but I am not going to try that option because this is for my grandchildren to use without the distraction of YouTube, and other web destinations plus there is no security from viruses etc. I used a flash drive to add mp3s. At first I had to use the included classic media player (which I set as the default Media player) to play them because Windows Media Player required validation which would have necessitated an internet connection. Then, a day or so later, quite unexpectedly, Windows Media Player became fully operational. How that happened is a mystery to me. There is an included program called Open Office 4.1 that has full functionality when compared with Microsoft Word.I have connected a Bluetooth dongle so that we have options for pairing with other Bluetooth devices. The kids love this, so, mission accomplished.

Everything came as advertised. It was fun to break out some old, classic games and play them again!

got this off of reward points. Used it for parts
If you want to Build a Linux PC this wasn't a bad deal when I got it. No clue what the price is now but I would bet it isn't worth the money unless you are some reject on a school board looking for cheep school computers that are WAY out of date.... OR you want spare parts and a monitor to Build your own PC and have the smarts to know what is Junk and what is usable.

Great setup
I needed an XP machine to run some old software and use that as an excuse to dust off some old strategy games for nostalgia. This was surprisingly the most well packed refurbed PC setup I've ever seen. Most refurbed tech is usually haphazardly tossed into a box with some bubble wrap or packing peanuts at best. Not this package. This setup was like buying a new PC. Everything was spaced apart and well protected with properly sized foam inserts. I was amazed (and thankful) that someone would actually take the time to pack this used old stuff with so much care. Monitor and PC itself were obviously older hardware. Some light scuffs here and there in inconspicuous places, but function flawlessly. Mouse and keyboard were actually brand new generic house brand parts in boxes. Much better than hoping old ones would work properly. Cables were used with a couple having some dust on them. No big deal. Everything worked together well after figuring out which USB ports they agreed with. No funny smells or loose stuff rattling around. Just a great experience all around. Bought some cheap speakers to finish off the setup and it's doing well several months later. Note - I did not disassemble the PC or dig into the files to see what all has been done as some reviews stated the Internet capabilities had been disabled. It's doing well for me as is and I don't have a need to connect it to a router.

A little misled.
I thought that it came with ddr4 sdram and i have bought ddr4 to upgrade and it didn't match the sdram slott. So i gave it a 4star.
