Great buy. Could be a little cheaper but oh well they work
These work just as good as the more expensive set. They keep the arms in an L shape and forces the runner to keep great form.

Fun and simple
Easy to use. Makes a great side station for class

90 degree perfection
The straps work but they slide off if the athlete is sweaty or has on long sleeve shirt. It does help keep their arms at 90 degrees. It worked really well for the girls that I was teaching how to hurdle. They did not know what to do with their arms.
