Bulova B1845 Durant Chiming Clock, Walnut

My wife and I love this clock. The looks and its beautiful sound makes our living room peaceful and full of joy. Recommended to anyone looking for a Christmas gift.

This is a beautiful clock. I love the style. But you'd think when I pay nearly $100 for a clock that they would use real crystals instead of plastic, which was disappointing as I love crystals and it was one of the reasons I chose this one. And all the "gold" is beautiful but just plastic. Really, Bulova? I was afraid when setting the clock that I might break something. But I didn't.Putting the batteries in was a little confusing as it seemed to indicate an order to do this, but there were no diagrams except for the functions at the bottom. I did get it figured out eventually.But the chimes are delightful, and the volume control is helpful. I like the choice of melodies. The pendulum movement is sweet. It looks really lovely, except for the fake crystals.

This is the most beautiful clock ever!

I added this to the living room without telling DH. It has been three days and not one complaint or mention of the new object in the room that makes charming sounds every hour. I know I made a good purchase when I don't get questioned about what I spent on the new object in my home.

This mantle clock keeps perfect time. Love the feature to select turns chime off at night automatically. It looks expensive but is affordable.

Chose this clock to add to my bookcase shelf. It looks beautiful. It was very easy to set up and get running. The chimes are amazing. If I could choose one added feature it would be to add the option of having a small led light on the inside to come on at dusk and go off at dawn. That would be a wonderful way to accent the crystals at night.
