3M Anti-Tarnish Strips, 2" x 7" (25 Pack)

This product is perfect for musicians with silver plated instruments. One of these in my trumpet case keeps them tarnish free for 6 months.

Have used these for years to keep my sterling silver flatware from tarnishing. They last much longer than the advised replacement time. I live in a high humidity area and so tarnish is a real issue. When using on serving pieces like butter dish, cream and sugars, I place one strip in or near each item and wrap the item in clean flannel fabric-never plastic. My polishing time has been greatly diminished thanks to these 3M strips.

When these strips are tucked away in the corners of a china closet, item stay clean for a loooong time, reducing the frequency of polishing by months. Great product. One caveat, have to polish yr silver first for these strips to maintain the polish. It will not improve already tarnished silver

My first impression was that they just look like black construction paper. However if you look closely on one side there a faint 3M Tarni-Shield imprint on them. I hope they work, they're supposed last a couple of months and I have them sealed in little baggies. I cut them to the sizes that I need.

I have used these anti tarnish strips before, & they work well. This was a great value for this pack of strips.

These do work but more important is where you keep your silver. These are useless if you keep your silver anywhere near the kitchen and eggs. Put your silver away from the kitchen in a closed cabinet and these will keep the silver nice for six months.

I bought these to include in my customers' jewelry orders and, so far, so good. I cut each strip into 7 squares each, making it 175 strips.

They come already cut in strips, and I keep one in each of my jewelry cases. I make jewelry, and it stays clean and tarnish free now!
