Actually, the seller is cheating us by providing very small clock. Also, the product qualities is so cheap. It’s not working and it will not work at all. The thing is we may feel like it’s so cheaper ₹230, but ₹230, You’ll get two similar pieces outside in the market. If you go to any fancy store, you will get this, but this seller is cheating us by only replacing the items why he is not accepting returning the items so they know that nobody will buy this.

I like the product it is very handy and looks good on table it has 1 special button for alarm. It's a analog watch, one thing keep in mind the battery provided with the product is not good and it will stop working after few weeks overall good time piece

I strongly advise against purchasing the Orpat table clock. I ordered this product from Amazon and received a defective unit. Unfortunately, due to a slight delay in unboxing, Amazon refused to process a return. The clock arrived with visible damage: the number paper inside the dial was peeling off, rendering the time display illegible and defeating the basic function of a clock. It is astonishing that such a product could pass any quality check before being shipped. This is not just a matter of poor product design, but also a glaring lapse in after-sales support from both Amazon and Orpat. A product that is unusable from day one should be eligible for a return or replacement regardless of minor delays in opening the package. Do not waste your money on this clock. Orpat has clearly compromised on quality, and customer satisfaction seems to be the least of their concerns. I expected far better from a brand of this stature.
