It does its job.
Fits well. I got the XL (10-12) and I wear a 36-38DD. I'm in my mid-50s and the girls are not perky at all anymore, but with this item they lifted pretty well. As you can see from the photos, this is a lifter, not an actual bra. I wanted others to see how it fits so I took the pics over my clothes.

Defiance of Gravity at its Finest
I purchased this to wear under my dirndl for Oktoberfest and Wurstfest. I purchased a size large (I wear a 36C bra size, and have some middle-age sagginess) and it fit just about right and gave me nice lift like I have not had in 20 years. My lederhosen-clad date approved wholeheartedly. I also wore this for a Halloween event where my magnificently uplifted bust was groped a couple of times by a drunken partier. I would have liked the straps to be a little bit longer, but overall I am very happy with it. It washes well on delicate (I hang mine up to dry). Just FYI the back of it is not suitable for dresses with low backs, and you wear it over your bra (it does not have cups--it pushes up on the lower portion of your bra).

I purchased this for under my Dirndl for Oktoberfest - I am a size 12/14 and a 36DD bra, so based on reviews, ordered the XXL/14. This was too big (it fit but didn't do much at all), so I am returning it and purchasing a 10/12 size.

Works great along with a bra for a dirndl
I made myself a dirndl for Oktoberfest and this worked great to pull everything together. As others mentioned, THIS ISN’T MEANT TO BE A BRA! You wear it over your bra! It is thicker/strong to keep everything pulled in and up, and is adjustable. I am 36C and fit great.

Measure, and use the chart!
Going to use this for this years Oktoberfest. Not disappointed for the price at all! I measured very carefully, at the point where my current bra strap goes around my chest. Fit perfect.Keep in mind, this goes over your current bra, so measure with that on. It seems like excellent quality, and was comfortable for the time I had it on to try it out. Also keep in mind, this IS supposed to be snug to get the results you want.This does an excellent job of making my cleavage more *ahem* prominent.I picked the tan, since I will be having a white shirt and did not want the black to show underneath.

Because I HAD to rate how it fit,I put "too small", but a more accurate description would be "not at all as pictured/ described". It fit my back, but didn't work with ANY of my many bras. It didn't create cleavage, it created this awful bloop overage that I can't even describe lol... returned it.
