What does the packaging look like when it arrives?

Our berries are each placed in a confection cup and packed in a divided tray that protects the berries from sliding into each other, and set within a padded gift box. The gift box is packed with ice packs into an insulated overpack box to ensure best arrival of the delicate berries. Shipping is restricted to one day transit to further ensure the freshest arrival of chocolate and berries - especially important during warmer weather. As a result, shipping will not occur over the weekend to prevent ice packs from melting.

Does the product stay edible after 5 days in a ups facility in July ?

It definitely does not. If your order got stuck in a UPS facility for an extended period of time, or was damaged in transit, please contact Golden State Fruit at AGiftInside(dot)com, and we will send you a fresh replacement order.

What are the ingredients of the dark chocolate? I'm looking for a vegan option

The dark chocolate contains milk so unfortunately is not vegan. We are thinking of including vegan options in the future though.

Oh, Sydney, Australia? Home of the bounding, boxing, and absolutely terrifying kangaroos? Yeah, that's a great idea. Sure, we'll just toss these delicate, delicious chocolate-covered strawberries into the pouch of a roo and pray they make it all the way to Sydney in one piece. After all, kangaroos are known for their gentle handling of perishable goods, right? And if by some miracle they survive the journey, enjoy the unique mix of chocolate, strawberries, and eau de kangaroo. But, in all seriousness, and as much as the thought of sending anything to the land of those hopping nightmares gives me cold sweats, we would need to check whether our company policy allows international shipping and also consider the perishable nature of these products. But hey, who knows? Stranger things have happened. Like me, working at the post office with my kangaroo phobia. Life's full of surprises.

These chocolate covered strawberries are absolutely delicious. The strawberries are large but not overwrite. The dark chocolate is very delicious. I only wish there was more than 12 in this box

Totally worth the money, A+ on everything!

Ordered these for my wife as an advent gift. Looked everywhere locally but no one sells chocolate covered strawberries so resorted to online. Huge win, totally worth the money. PROS - It came a day earlier than stated on the shipping. - It was very well packaged; had ice packs to keep it cold and tightly packaged to prevent any movement. - It was well labeled and in a cute way as to avoid any mishaps to the packaging being handled by delivery - HUGE strawberries, just 1 fills you right up TASTE - delicious strawberries, juicy and sweet - goooood dark chocolate, and nice coating CONS - No cons honestly, i thought the price was a bit much but considering how delicious and well presented everything was I can't complain at all. Plus the excitement on my wife's face was well worth it. Buy with confidence!

Smaller at a higher price…

Not the same quality that I have received in the past. I have ordered these before in the past and always received huge strawberries. Today was a disappointment. The strawberries were small and didn’t even fill up the individual slot for each strawberry. With the high price I would have expected a better product. So disappointed. Then on top of that these were in the UPS truck all day. We didn’t get these strawberries till almost 7:30! Will not be buying anymore in the future.

Good Valentines Day gift!

Gave these as a Valentine’s Day gift. The recipient raved about how well they were packed (even though delivered upside down). Also raved about how delicious they were. She said they are HUGE!
