Not for a longer time. Quality is not good enough.

Q: Can we fix broken teeth with it?

Don't think so - but am not entirely sure. I used it to refix a cap. Have read that it can also be used for filling cavities. If by broken teeth you mean sticking two parts of a tooth together - then don't think it will be too stable.
