You will need a minimum of 10GB, downloadable content I would expect at least a max of 2gb more

Q: Can you free roam in this game?

Yes you can, but if you are in a mission your time will be limited do to the time period and the mission itself. You appear as a new z fighter in a different time/space universe, I forgot the name of the place sorry for that. Anyway, once in that place you will be able to move to 3 different places in the "I'll call it town" one is like a shopping place the other is like a traveling port and a plaza like thing where you put the dragon balls to make a wish....that's the same place you first appeared. .. sorry for the awkward names it's been a while since the last time I played the game
