Amenti Oracle Feather Heart Deck and Guide Book: Ancient Wisdom for the Modern World

This is going to be a somewhat in-depth review of the Amenti oracle from my perspective of what I've experienced so far. Keep in mind I've only had the deck for about a day but I find it important to get to know my deck and build a connection with it (if there is one) as soon as possible. I received the cards today along with a few others I bought as a treat to myself. My specific box had a small dent and I was a little nervous because of this. Luckily all of the cards are in place and it could have just happened in transit. The packaging is very modern and minimalist and is perfect for the modern oracle reader in you.When opening the box which oh my goodness let me just tell you how beautiful the packaging is on the inside. It's worth it alone. You can tell they put a lot of work into the design of every detail including the deck itself. The first thing I did being an active reader and loving to read was take out the guide book and delve into the first few pages that normally introduce you to the deck, who the creator of the deck is, their experience, and then some spreads you can use for yourself. I beforehand knew a little bit about the past Egyptians so I found the beginning pages very enjoyable and insightful. I also learned some new things I didn't know about past Egyptian culture. Learning about the creator's experience with both Tarot and Oracle is insightful on its own as you learn others' experiences. I love the detailed descriptions and the quotes everywhere explaining different cards and the information that is conveyed. I even found my new favorite quote. Who would've thought I'd find it in an Oracle guide book. For just the book alone this is worth the price the guide book could be sold alone and it would be just as worth the price as the cards. For $18 you can't beat it. The normal pricing of this deck is $28 so there is a significant price difference for it and I feel it is completely worth it. Like I said the book itself is worth the price alone, there is so much in it and you can tell the work that was put in to make it as intuitive as possible for anyone to understand and enjoy the content inside.Now after fangirling about the book and the packaging I'll discuss the actual cards. I love the minimalistic idea of these cards. By modern, I feel that's explaining the minimalistic aspect. the art is gorgeous as minimal as it is for some reason my brain automatically clicked with these cards. I've always been super creative but I connected instantly with the art on every card while flipping through them for about an hour to acquaint myself with them. There is so much described in the art even though the art seems so simple. I feel like this isn't a deck for everyone this is definitely for empaths or individuals with high intuition. I feel those are the individuals that will get the most out of these cards. However, there are symbols that can mean various meanings if you're really willing to delve into the artwork and not just the bottom of the cards. The small I'm going to say "notes" on the bottom of Oracle cards are nice to give you a starting point. But it was extremely simplistic I feel this deck is more left to the imagination. They guide you in the right direction but don't give a description that I can deliver insight with. I see myself finding the answers through the art regarding situations which is perfectly fine. I prefer that and I use Oracle cards more through the visuals than the writing on the bottom so this wasn't a huge issue for me. I don't normally look at the words at the bottom anyway I gain my insight and visions through the art of the card as I explained. As minimalistic as the art is it's gorgeous it leaves a lot of room for the imagination to explore and connect with every card on a deeply personal level.Overall, in my opinion I feel this deck is good for everyone if you read the guidebook that comes with it. If you're just jumping right into the cards as a beginner I feel there might be a struggle. I love the modern minimalistic design of the cards. And the book has a ton of information for everyone to enjoy you might even learn something new. The packaging though mine was dented overall was lovely and I love the packaging. The cards leave a lot of room for the imagination and I'm not a huge fan of the writing beneath the cards as I feel it doesn't really guide the reading like some of my other Oracle decks. But nonetheless, this is a great deck for collectors and readers alike. I highly recommend this deck for anyone but feel those with higher intuition and empaths will enjoy the deck more. If you're looking for a modern-day deck with an Egyptian flair. I 5/5 recommend it. Thank you for reading!

I'll start off with saying I love this deck. When reviewing decks, I don't like to talk about "accuracy" of the readings, because that is subjective and differs from the individual and their ability to connect with a tool. I will talk about the quality of the cards and book.The cards are sturdy, and decent in size (almost the same as the standard Raider-Waite tarot), which makes shuffling easy (especially for people with small hands, like me). They also aren't glossy and have a matte finish, so if you film/take pictures of your cards, you don't have to worry about a glare.The book is very lovely. The cover is thick--somewhere between paperback and hardcover. It is detailed in description. The writing is very inspiring and prompts one for self-reflection and connecting with ones higher Self. You can honestly read this book without using the cards; the messages are very inspiring. If you are looking for a deck to use for divination and future predicting, this is not the deck. With an imaginative mind, you may be able to interpret some kind of prediction about a situation, but that is not the point or purpose of these cards.My only issue with the deck is that the cards aren't numbered, so it is difficult to look up a card in the book. It's actually odd because they're numbered in the book, but the cards lack numbers. It wouldn't be an issue if the book could have been alphabetized.Overall--great quality of the cards and book, beautiful images, and excellent and inspiring writing within the book. The cards are meant to assist in connecting with one's self on a spiritual level, and not meant to predict the future.

The media could not be loaded.  This is an awesome deck. Following the guidance will help you. After the first reading I was taken back by how accurate it was for me .this is a guide to love, peace, and balance. It has help shape a more insightful meaning of who I already am and why being this way amidst the way people treat me(you) is more powerful than any other answer to it. This was a good find indeed. Thanks to the creators and most of all the universe for leading us together.

I don't normally write reviews, but I wanted to take a minute to say how much I love this deck. Many oracle decks are affirmations of the self, but this one contains affirmations of values and the self in relation to the rest of the world, which I really love. To me that that is more fulfilling and powerful than self-affirmation alone. The guidebook is also really well written, and with interesting and meaningful references to Egyptian mythology and spirituality, among others. The artwork is gorgeous and the figures depicted in the cards are diverse - not just a bunch of white women. I can tell that a lot of heart and soul went into the creation of this deck.Oh, another review said that it wasn't wrapped - mine wasn't either, but I don't see that as a problem. It clearly was still new, and there's no need to waste plastic on unnecessary wrapping. So I appreciate it being more environmentally friendly!

I love this deck. Some of the cards have chessy messages but I can just remove them from the deck. The clean, modern design is right up my street. The box that they come in was a bit dirty and i could see smudges and spots in it but Amazon made up for it. I love it so much I want to keep it anyway and I give it 5 stars.

This entire set is simply gorgeous. The artwork not only outshines the many Tarot and Angel card decks I've seen, but the overall presentation is second to none. I also really appreciate how every card is not only given numerous references in its description, but also presents meaning in a way that can speak to you differently every time. Highly recommended!

Estuve buscando por un oráculo que se adaptara a mis estilo y gustos gráficos, este deck es exactamente eso y mucho mas. La caja donde viene el mazo se ve super duradera y el diseño es espectacular. Abres la caja y te encuentras con el libro y al levantarlo puedes ver las cartas sobre un soporte de terciopelo perfecto para guardadas después de su uso, para conservar su magia y energía sin agentes externos. Estoy demasiado feliz con este oráculo y lo recomiendo un montón, inspira desde la caja hasta cada una de sus cartas.
