Non calorie sweetner
Thought it is a little pricey. Its the best tasting way to still enjoy sweetened desserts and cut calories at same time. Being a diabetic for years I have struggled with cravings for sweets and looked for alternative. Several are full of chemicals which is not healthy and others just left a nasty aftertaste. Monk Fruit alternative is healthier and no after taste. I use Monk Fruit powdered sugar, brown sugar and regular sugar alternatives and love them. I definitely recomend!Bag appeared fresh with no clumps.. mixed easily and made great holiday desserts.

Good Enough For Baby. Good Enough For You.
This is a worthwhile investment. I bought this back in August which was 6 months ago, and I still have 1/4 of a bag left. If you do a lot of baking, this will go quickly. The monkfruit / erithytol combo is a great flavor with a nice cooling effect. I have 101.2F fever and I put a smattering if this, cinnamon and nutmeg into bowl full of Stoneyfield Baby yogurt. And it tastes good. Quick, cheap dessert with probiotics. If it’s good enough for the baby, it should be good enough for you.I like to accent my foods with more sweetener, flavor as I please without affecting the blood sugar. When you’re broke and sick, you get real creative. The powdery texture mixes really, really well compared to granular, but that’s up to you. Worth the investment.

Pleasantly surprised by the taste. Love it.
I've been a coconut sugar fan but that no longer works as someone now losing weight on keto. Went sugar free, no sweets or desserts for 60 days and the weight comes off. Add some dessert using coconut sugar and progress stalled. Tried Swerve, liked it, but takes some getting used to since the flavor was slightly odd. Expensive too, but weight loss began again. Tried SoNourished because of price, and though it still had the same cooling effect, it definitely tastes better than Swerve. I'll purchase again. The best part is I don't find it sickly sweet. It is perfect in the exchange for sugar. Keto can continue and now I can enjoy some desserts again. Also the powdered version works in all baking methods. Don't need the granular for separate baking uses. Powdered is a one size fits all for sweetness..

Taste and ease of baking with the sugar.
Used this brand sugar in a cheesecake, I feel the sugar was responsible for the creaminess of the cheesecake. I had made before with a different brand.

Good Tasting, Natural Sugar Substitute + Recipe
I use this to make sugar-free frosting (see below). I find this blend is less gritty than powdered erythritol alone and can be used 1:1 with sugar. It tastes good too!Extra Creamy, Sugar-Free, Cream Cheese Frosting3 oz Butter*, softened4 oz Fat-Free Cream Cheese*, softened3 oz Ripe Avocado (large)*1/2 t Lime or Lemon Juice (to keep avocado from discoloring)1/4 t salt3 t Vanilla Extract1/2 C Powdered Monk Fruit Blend Sugar Substitute**Using an electric mixer, combine Butter, Cream Cheese, Avocado and Juice on Med-High speed about 2 mins. until well-blended and fluffy. Slowly add salt, vanilla and sweetener on Low speed until completely blended. Refrigerate frosted items and leftovers. For Chocolate Frosting, add 3-4 T Unsweetened Cocoa; reduce Vanilla to 2 t and Juice to 1/4 t (or eliminate).*Use a total of 10 oz of fat; amounts of each can be modified based on actual size of avocado or taste.**Any powdered sweetener can be substituted, though some require recipe modification.
