This supplement is amazing it lowered my cholesterol and LDL by 25 points and I took it for three months I was also exercising and on a diet also decreased my intake of red meat. I don’t know if it helps with HA1C aswell because it dropped from 5.5 to 5.3 I highly recommend taking this natural supplement instead of statins hopefully with these new lab results I won’t need to be put on statins.

This stuff actually works! lol. It actually works too well.In may of 2025- my total cholesterol was 220 and my LDL was 131. I got worried so I bought this supplement. 6 weeks later (yesterday) I got bloodwork done, and my total cholesterol dropped to 169 and my LDL dropped to 88!!! I’m all in the clear now. All my labs are good!I will be honest, I did also go on walks. Maybe about 1 mile a day. Did that contribute? Most likely but I did walk around a lot even back when my ldl was high.Drink 3 tabs of this stuff before your large meals. 2x a day. It works! Might as well try this before your doc puts you on some statins that may or may not make your health worse in the future.

Good product at a bit high price

I like this product my 2nd time buying it easy to use an swollen smell ok it doesn't taste bad or upset my stomach is a good size

I was looking forward to having a possible solution for my high LDL. I am saddened to see that the product is all stuck together and unusable. So disappointed. There are only 5 capsules that were not stuck. The rest is a huge clump of pills. This company needs better packaging or climate control to ensure usability.In the photo I’m holding the bottle upside down to show how stuck they are. I shook the bottle several times hoping they were become loose and to no avail. I hope the company sees this and remedies.Edited to add: I just contacted the company directly through the Amazon option/contact manufacturer. They sent me a discount code covering the purchase and shipping cost for a new bottle. I’m upgrading the stars for that reason. I’ll edit the review also once I’ve had a chance to try the product.
