I love this divided plate! I use it to reheat meals. I was very surprised to receive 2 plates in my shipment! Great value, great product!

Okay so my criteria:Needs to be microwaveableNeeds to be partitioned roughly 50%, 25%, 25%Check!There are a ton of portion control plates on Amazon. I'd say 98% of them are made of melamine/plastic. No bueno for microwaving. Reason for needing microwaving: I prep larger batches of food, I'll eat all the food, I hate doing dishes. If I had to heat up food in a separate plate then put it on the portion control plate...more dishes, PLUS I'll put all the extra food (if I don't measure it right in the "heat up" bowls) on there too. So much for portion control.Just an FYI: This plate is perfect for mens portion control. Approx 2 fists worth (for veggies) fits in the larger section. 1-1.5 palms of protein in the smaller section and a 1-1.5 cupped hands carbs fit in the other smaller section.I'd say guys should buy the square plate, ladies could use the round plate (same product, just select the round one) as it will have smaller sections. Perfect for 1 fist, 1 palm, 1 cupped hand.Oh, quality on the plate is good. It's solid.

It's very well designed portion wise, but it's too heavy to be easily handled by elder who would be using it. This is one of those situations where a lighter weight ceramic plate would be better. I wish a certain Illinois maker of tempered glass dinnerware (Cxxxxxx) would have something like this.

We received our plates and they were more vibrant than expected. They’re beautiful and feel very sturdy. The divided sections are a little shallow, can’t put too much applesauce in there, but that’s a minor issue - they are more useful than for just applesauce. Would recommend and would buy again!

My daughter does not like her foods to touch each other. This was a wonderful solution for my young adult. It is used quite often. Her favorite veggie is green beans and we all know they are very juicy. She gets to separate her foods quickly and easily. Super happy.

I love the color and the quality but the plate was much too shallow. I’ve never been able to use it.

Very nice plate and durable, but was to heavy for me to lift with food on it.
