BLACKHORSE-RACING Header Stainless Steel Manifold Shorty Headers Performance with Gaskets Compatible with Ford F150 2004-2010 5.4L V8

The reason I changed the headers is because of a manifold leak on the right side of my 2010 F150 5.4. I changed them out and discovered that one of the studs was bad causing the leak on the stock manifold. I changed out both. Now the right side is nice and quiet. The left is leaking worse then the right ever did! I don't know if it's your product or a leak elsewhere. But I did everything correctly, cleaned the surface, replaced the studs with stainless, the gaskets are clean and new and made sure everything in torqued properly... Needless to say i'm not happy and frustrated. I can not pin point the leak but it's load and annoying as hell.

The installation was a pain, and did not mount on to the factory ‘wye’ using the bolts it came with. Luckily I had two bolts that were about 2.5x longer and those worked. Also, the gaskets that come with this does not fully encompass the header-block. It only seals the where exhaust ports in, for each port. Long story short I have another leak at the top of the header and need a new gasket to fully seal it. You are better off using your stock exhaust manifold gasket if it’s in good shape than the ones that came with these. Other than that, the pipes are nice.

Install is not good but I'm not shure if it's worth the headache vs longtube headers they dont position the passenger side header correctly it has to be completely stock to make these fit okay get some good quality gaskets and stainless steel hardware. I will be purchasing long tubes later on

Do not buy!!!Absolute junk. After I purchased these i had them professionally installed at a cost of $900.00 in less then 500 miles they split at the collectors on both sides.

Perfect fit. Looks good and the upgrade to the sound is nice.

Parts have been installed for just over a month. Beautiful colors and my engine seems to breathe easier (could be placebo effect or other modifications).

Great fit, really added to truck overall everything.
