(Pack Of 6) - Soya Topping Cream | SOYATOO

After being denied dairy cream for many years because of milk allergies, I was so happy when I discovered this cream. I use it in so many different ways and no longer feel I am being deprived of nice cream cakes or desserts etc. It can be a bit pricey at times especially if buying singularly so its better to buy a few together. for usually they have long shelf lives and can be stored easily.

Great to have a diary free whipping cream. To be honest we mixed in cocoa and created the most amazing cream for eclairs, and cakes. By itself the flavour is okay, but with cocoa powder 10/10!I have shared it with so many friends, all love it!

After reading glowing reviews about this double cream substitute I bought some as I am dairy intolerant. I opened the first pack with high hopes and added the contents to the fudge I was making. I should have tasted it first. I couldn’t believe how sweet it was. This totally messed up the ratios of my fudge ingredients. I now don’t know what I’m going to use the other packs for. It is far too sweet for adding to soups or sauces or for topping cakes or sandwiching meringues. About the only thing I can think of is to whip and freeze it and hope it makes ice cream…see update belowThis is such a shame as it would have been fine without all the added sugar. You would think that with people being encouraged to cut their sugar consumption, this could have been produced without the invert sugar syrup. It would be healthier and more versatile. Those with a sweet tooth could always add sugar to taste. I will not be buying it again.UPDATE: I tried to make a fruit fool and fruit flavoured ice cream with some of the remaining cartons of this stuff. Sadly the excessive sweetness of the invert sugar syrup overpowered the sharpness of sour cherries and spoiled the flavour of the results. I have since found the much cheaper and better Elmlea 100% Plant alternative to double cream which tastes and behaves like double cream. I will use that in future and the rest of the nasty Soyatoo has been binned.

A vegan substitute to a normal dairy creamy milk although not sure about the texture, but has worked for me.

This is still the only vegan cream that I've found that you can whip into something that resembles double cream albeit thinner. It works a treat as the cream on a vegan trifle. I would recommend that you add some vanilla essence to give it more flavour. Overall great product albeit pricey - much better than the squirty vegan creams.

This cream is very good, lovely taste. I can't have dairy for health reasons, I prefer this to other creams that I have tried, also it is nice and thick that can be used for anything that you would use dairy for. I would recommend it for anyone to try, don't let the word soya put you off trying, it is also much healthier than dairy. I wish it was a bit cheaper to buy.

I love this cream replacement since going vegan it is hard to find double cream. It is expensive but for special occasions it is nice.

Beats real cream any time excellent product
