These large rolls of seaweed goodness are great. At only 10 calories per roll they are the ultimate in guilt free snacking. Salty, crunchy, spicy - these deliver a lot of umami satisfaction. Seaweed is an acquired taste that may not be for everyone but I urge you to try them. So darn tasty.

The rolls are.1 oz. very small and crumbly. I get this at Safeway and the rolls are a lot bigger for the price.

The flavor is a spicy shrimp soup. It does not lack in spice or flavor. All of it came in good condition. I was not a fan of the fishy flavor personally but if you like that taste it’s a great buy

weird I know but if you inhale while first taking a bite, you can end up coughing up the food. otherwise, super fun to eat, crunchy and tasty. little spicy if you eat by itself. good with rice or other foods.
