Was advised by cardio nurse to see my Dr about low iron count and being genaerally run down. With the current difficulty in getting to see a doctor I thought I would try these as an interim solution until I could get an appointment. No need to see doctor, these work, I feel so much better with the effects taking about a week to kick in fully, can’t recommend them enough.

I am a regular blood donor, so i was horrified when I went to a session and failed the blood test! I was advised that I needed to get my iron levels up, which surprised me as my diet includes a lot of fruit and vegetables and generally I eat pretty healthily. However, I didn't want to miss out again, so I purchased these and have taken them ever since. I don't feel any noticeable difference, but they seem to work as I have never failed the donor test since and I have now been taking them for some considerable time. I'm not getting any younger and I want to keep donating for as long as I can, so to avoid any mishaps I shall keep on taking them.

Noticeable benefits with no side effects
I was so impressed with Active Iron for women that I bought the men’s version for my husband. With his busy lifestyle and minimal fruit and veg intake, I felt he would benefit from these supplements.
