I bought several of these shoes in different colors. The sizing varied from shoe to shoe. They all seemed to run a little bigger and they are definitely wider. I always wear a size 9 in all my different shoes and I may return a pair for a size 8.5 and see if those fit any better. The material is very soft but thin and they feel more like bedroom slippers but they look enough like cute ballet flats to wear out to any event. I can't say anything for the leather description because they in no way look or feel like leather. There is really no support of any kind but walking in them feels fine (except for them being loose). I have a lot of trouble with my feet swelling in the hot southern weather and these really are great at letting my feet expand without any pain or rubbing on the ankle or toes. They cover the toes nicely so that all you see is foot. If the 8 1/2 size is too tight I will keep the ones I have because I'm not planning any extended walking in them other than to run errands or go out to lunch or dinner. The colors are all true to the pictures and I love that I have so many options to wear with my clothes, they look great with my skirts, pants and shorts I would have given them 5 stars except for the sizing issue.

These go perfectly with the dress I'll be wearing for my son's wedding. I'm soooo glad I ordered a half size larger or they would have been too small. Take the hint...order a half size larger. Also, flats are better than heels for all day wearing.

These are cute shoes just not foot friendly in my case. They were rather long while being very narrow in the toe. I purchased these for a wedding and the color is nice but too glittery in a costume like way. I returned them.

These are very cute and comfortable, I wore them to my bridal shower and they got a lot of compliments.
