Very Nice Sharp Cheddar
This is a true sharp well-aged cheddar. It's a plus that it's non-gmo milk from grass-fed cows. It isn't cheap but it's also imported from the opposite end of the world; so, that's reasonable. If I had to compare this with another grocery store cheese of the same calibur, I'd say it's on par with Kerry Gold. It is sharper than KG but the flavor profile isn't quite as full-bodied as the various KG cheddars. Both brands are wonderful in their own way. I think this is a wonderful cheese for people who really want a true extra sharp cheddar. Let me add that the texture is nice and flaky as cheddar should be but also smooth and easy to cut/serve. Actually, I think the texture is really perfect for an aged cheddar. I recommend you buy it and feel confident most people will love this cheese.

My favorite cheese
I love Old Croc. Their regular sharp cheddar is great also if you like sharp cheeses. Can be crumbly when you slice it but worth it.

Very lovely
Bought this to server up for snacks for xmas during after lunch before dinner. We absolutely loved it. The flavor and the richness of it was perfect. My boyfriend and I love very strong Sharp cheddar and this was ideal of what we like. Not sure why there is a rating for if its spreadable. This is very much a firm block of cheese. Something that needs cut and definitely not spreadable. But besides that it is 100% worth it.

Delicious.
This cheese is so tasty, I even prefer it to the English cheddar offered on Fresh. Crumbly and crisp with lactic acid, the cheese is best served at room temperature. I even used it for MacN Cheese which created the most tasty version I have ever made. This cheese is not like American cheddar, so comparisons cannot be made. If you are expecting this, you will be disappointed. You could cook with this cheese though eating it with crackers, or just by itself is what it's designed for. I highly recommend this cheese with your next cheese board along with other fancy cheese.
