The Insole is a total game-changer if you want a bit of extra height without any hassle. They fit sizes 7-12 (but honestly I’m a size 6 and still feels ok to use ) and are super comfy, thanks to their ergonomic design that gives great support and cushioning. Okay here's the thing....I bought these as a joke for my sweet sister-in-law who is always going on and on about how short she is and feel sorry for her blah blah... So I got her some inserts. When they arrived I excitedly got them out and showed them to my sweetie and threw them in my slippers and pranced around with the intention of teasing my sister in law....but something magical and completely unexpected happened. See I like to lift weights....but I have a mobility problem in my ankles and calves and can't squat as deep as I would like to really grow my cakes....ya feel? So imagine me jokingly stomping about then I dropped it like it was hot and boom! With the slight heel elevation I was about to squat to full depth.....ATG! I've never easily been able to do that without an hour's warm up (being in your thirties is lame....can't wait for the big 40) so I decided to test them out before this review and for real.... I'M IN LOVE! I've been using them at the gym for about a month throwing them in my shoes really quick for any workout involving squats, I tend to leave them in for the entire workout and have comfortably ran, box jumped, done double unders and beyond. They have put up with my abuse in the gym flawlessly and they are for sure my secret weapon. These bad boys are beautifully designed and packaged and they are tough while being comfortable. I've officially told everyone of my gym homies about them, I'm buying another pair for my sweetie, who also struggles to hit depth, and of course my sister in law since I comondeared her pair. I wish I could give them ten stars....these inserts are my accidental favorite thing in the world! I also should add I'm a 5'10" 200lb lady without inserts, with I'm 6'1" and a 525lb monster (my weight plus sqaut weight lol) these inserts are helping me kill it!

My husband has flat feet and these help his feet so much from not hurting wearing his work shoes all day.

The premium height increase insoles were definitely worth the money. It came in a well designed box, which made my overall experience even better! I tried inserting them in 3 different pairs of shoes I have and it slipped right in, perfectly. The insoles are well put together, and I definitely love how it gives you the option to detach/attach the extra height booster. The insoles are very comfortable and well cushioned. The one downside about these insoles is that it feels a little awkward when I'm wearing my shoes, because my feet does not go in all the way. I mean, what can you expect from a height booster, right? Overall, I love these new insoles. Definitely would buy it again!

I purchased these Mendez shoe insoles initially after reading some great reviews about the quality and comfort. YET these Mendez insoles that I just purchased is literally falling apart. The quality is a huge disappointment after I just purchased these with very light use while walking with them in my shoes in the last week. The insoles are literally causing aches and pain in my feet. I don’t know if the discomfort is due to a quality control and the fact the material is literally chipping away (see pictures after 3rd use of light walking). Overall I’m pretty disappointed about the quality of build in the material. Look elsewhere for a better quality product that won’t destroy your feet.

I had never ordered lifts before, but remembered the Seinfeld episode in which they were discussed, and I thought I would give some a try and see the world! I had recently purchased a different, cheaper brand of Chinese knock-offs on Amazon, which had their issues. I decided to order these, after trying the others, and found these to be superior! The upward angle on the sides keeps me from "falling off" of them. The 2 piece design fits together nicely, and doesn't come apart when I'm wearing them.They are made of a harder plastic with a softer top (that your feet contact, so they are comfortable). They don't extend the entire shoe length, so they can be used in tighter fitting shoes (I have cowboy boots that the previously mentioned ones wouldn't work in because they went the entire length of the shoe preventing my feet from getting in them, where these don't have that issue) .These come packed in a nice box, and while they are a little more pricey with a "designer name", in my opinion it is worth the extra money, and I'm not usually one to say that. I would definitely recommend these. Don't bother looking at the less expensive ones, just order these.If I had anything about these that disappoints me, it would be that the "Mendez" name has worn off them rather quickly (so much for my "designer name"). Also...These are made in communist China for a Canadian based company.

using the 1.5 inches (the 2 pieces) is IMPOSSIBLE. you can live with the 1 inch insole but your leg might just pop up if you walk fast. it doesn't really work on low sneakers, chelsea boots etc.. you just need a hight top with laces.got mine today and thinking about returning it.
