I've been using this product for a few years; I have sleeping disorders, but, with this magnesium I've got much more quality in the way I rest or sleep every night. I really recommend it!

I have tried several brands of l-tryptophan and this is by far my favorite! Due to a chronic illness, I have had problems sleeping and this definitely helps. I take 3,000 to 4,000 mg each night, so I like using the 1,000 mg size so I have fewer pills to swallow. These are rather large, but for me are not hard to swallow. Rarely do these trigger my sensitive gag reflex when swallowing. I like that these are premium pharmaceutical grade and have the GMP stamp.

I purchased this product to help me sleep, because as I've gotten older (I'm 66), my sleep is not as good as I would like. This product does not tend to work for me until I take 3 tables, and it works a little better when I take 4. At 4 tables per day, I will go through a bottle in 15 days. This product is pretty expensive to take in this quantity. I will look for another product next time I buy Tryptophan.

I take 2 tablets about an hour before bedtime and it really helps me get to sleep and more importantly STAY asleep. I like that this is 1000mg so I don't have to take more tablets. Most others I've tried have been 500mg. Very happy with this product!
