Very good product
This is a great product. I don't metabolize regular folic acid like most people. This is a specialized l-methylfolate that works for people like me. Life Extension makes great supplements.

Expiration date
The product itself is good but the seller give a discount for an item expires on 10/2020. The bottle has 180 pills of expired or almost expired product. I don’t recommend the seller but I recommend the product.
