This wound gel is amazing! I bought it hoping for quicker healing, and it absolutely delivered. It goes on smoothly, doesn’t sting, and creates a clean protective layer over the skin. I noticed a huge difference in how fast cuts and scrapes healed—redness went down quickly, and everything stayed clean and moisturized. It’s gentle, effective, and great to keep in a first-aid kit for kids or adults. Definitely a product I’ll keep on hand.

My Doberman Pincher has an open wound on his ankle (looks like an oozing open rug burn) that he has had for over a year because of his constant licking and picking at it. The vet has given us many rounds of pills and they have helped but nothing has been able to out heal his picking. She said that because it has been open for so long his body isn't really fighting to heal it anymore. I have tried putting Neosporin and a dog specific healing gel on it as well with some success but never a complete success. I decided I needed to try something different to help kick start the healing again - Welcome SILVEX wound gel! This stuff is a miracle. Yes, the tube is small, but a little goes a long way! It is cooling, not sticky and glides on easily. I have been using it in conjunction with non-stick wound pads and self-adhesive bandage wraps and I am happy to report he is now 90% healed! It not only got his body to wake up and start healing again but it healed through the itching and annoying phase so quickly that he no longer has the urge to rip the bandage off. I can now leave him alone with the bandage and he doesn't even touch it. At this rate, we should be completely healed pretty soon! I am purchasing another tube now as I always want to make sure I have this in the house just in case. I highly recommend!

This gel surprised me for good. I used it on a recent wound and from the first application I felt relief. The texture is not sticky, absorbs quickly and does not burn when applied. I noticed that the area healed much faster than normal and remained clean, without irritation or bad smell. It is a practical product, yields a lot and works as promised. I recommend it to always have in the medicine cabinet.

This is a great effective way to help any affected flesh in body folds. Make sure to properly clean and dry skin completely before using for best results. A little goes a long way, which is good because the tubes are on the smaller side. That's the only reason I didn't give this a five star review.

Wonderful product. We have used it for various types of wounds, with great results. Most notably it helps with “wet” (external) areas in need of care… in the creases of his abdominal body fat, my partner often gets irritated heat rash that almost bleeds. This stuff works despite the sweat. Also he had some issues with friction on his toes, and this was what I applied to the abrasions. They healed wonderfully & quickly. It contains colloidal silver, but it’s worth its weight in gold!

This gel is truly amazing. It healed a very deep laceration on my husband's hand. Avoided stitches! I've used it on several serious wounds and it prevented them from getting infected. I've bought it 4 times now.

I love this stuff. Studies show that Neosporin is no longer effective, which sent me looking for something else. I tried the medical Honey but its expensive and can be messy. I much prefer this. It is expensive for the small tube we got, however it spreads really easy and only requires a little bit. Ours last us 6+ months. I also like that it kills MRSA. We are a wrestling family so skin infections occur regularly. I use this often to prevent anything gross growing in small abrasions to keep them from turning into bigger problems!

Very Small Tube! Its my fault for not reading thoroughly, but the images are deceiving. The tube is only 1/2 Oz and is overpriced for the size. There are other brands of larger size and better value for price.

Only a small tube used it twice don't need much seems to be working well worth it if it continues the way it is.
