It's fun watching my wife open the package and see one of our dogs, and to have him at her side all day at work. I made myself one as well, and I love it. I am sensitive to the thickness of mousepads. I wish they were slightly thinner, but they're the same as the plain mousepad they replaced so I can't complain.I recommend using an image with high contrast, lots of colors, and lots of detail. One of the ones I chose was light with low contrast, and while it looks okay I really wish I'd chosen a more vibrant picture. This one has a spot near the center where it doesn't have much detail (white and grey with whiskers), so when the mouse hits that spot it can freeze or jump slightly, which is annoying. I'll probably order another with a better picture. I know it's not the pad though because the mouse works perfectly everywhere else on the pad, and on the other pad.

I was impressed with the quality of the product. The pad itself is thick with no curls on the corners. The picture quality was also better than I expected. However the photo did not have the placement I originally sent. Looks like instead, they bumped it up so the person at the top almost had his hat cut off. I wasn't happy about that. They should have messaged me to make sure the image was supposed to be as I sent it to them originally. Now I have to wait for them to reprint another one.

This mouse pad is exactly how I hoped it would look! Very easy transaction and great outcome. Of course the picture will only be as good as one's photo quality (Pixels and clear) - cannot expect a miracle if the original photo or drawing is blurry or has very few pixels and looks bad if photo is enlarged! My pic had good pixels and was clear and I got what I gave and expected! Thank you for the FAST printing and shipping - shipped next day or same day (forget) and got it in 5 days (post office takes its time, was the delivery that took the longest). I am very happy and highly recommend. This is a gift. I will order one for myself soon.

I love my new mouse pad...pretty clear for the picture I had uploaded. I like that they had 2 options to chose from (Landscape or Portrait) to accommodate for your picture to fit best and be able to add a text on the mouse pad where you want it. Very reasonably priced for it being personalized and the thickness is equivalent to other standard mouse pads....when other one's I searched had reviews that the pad was very thin. I received this within a week of ordering and very happy with the results. I have it at work so I see my furr babies when I am not home. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a personalized mouse pad. Just make sure your picture is crisp and remember it is being stretched to fit the pad so it may not look exactly like the uploaded picture but I feel mine turned out awesome.

I bought this mouse pad as a gift for my grandmother because she is a professor in New York City and has had to teach her classes on zoom she missed the classroom and Being able to see me and her grands so what better way to make her feel better than for her to be able to see us while she’s teaching her class She was very pleased and surprised she loves it and doesn’t even want to roll her mouse over it lol the picture quality is great and she got it fairly quickly due despite the pandemic I definitely recordist

I am very happy with these mousepads. I initially ordered one to give as a gift, and it was so beautiful that I was inspired to replace my own mousepad and also gift another one. The printing quality is very good, the mousepad itself feels very sturdy and well made. They shipped and arrived super fast. I have no complaints, great seller, thank you. First off, great customer service! USPS goofed and someone else received the pad. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly with sending a replacement. The image on the pad is perfect and how I envisioned it. No pixelation (I did utilize a png file) of the design as anticipated. Layout was optimally centered. Colors are vibrant. The pad itself has the right balance of softness to firmness for my daily work use. I couldn’t be happier. I’d highly recommend their services.

I bought this and put a picture of my daughter on it and it's been a great mouse pad. The print quality was really good and I've been pleased with it for the price I don't think you can beat it. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it from people at work I think part of that may be due to how cute my daughter is though lol.
