Perfect fit
Fits my Cx-5 perfectly and keeps my car much cooler in the summer.

expensive but overall worth the price
I did not want to have to spend this much on. a sun shield, but I'm glad I did. It seems very durable and does a great job of keeping sun and heat out, is easy to put up and fits well. I only gave it 4 stars for value for money because it is REALLY expensive. For comparison I ordered one that was about half the price but very similar for an older car and while it works well it's not near as rigid and I can see how over time it won't hold up as well.

Awesome quality and fit
Just received this windshield sun shield for my Mazda CX five today. I am very impressed with the quality and the perfect fit of this. It was raining today. I’m excited to try it out when we have a hot sunny day! This is my second one of this brand name. The first one I had for my 2012 Toyota Prius and I truly believe it helped to save my hybrid battery in that vehicle. Found that I was totally spoiled with my new vehicle having a black interior. We had a couple of hot days and I realized , how beneficial it is to have a very good quality sun shield.

It's aight
I've never used one of these before but my last vehicle suffered blistering on her dash my kids couldn't resist sticking their fingers into and making worse. I LOVE my new car and while my kids are now teens and young adults I refuse to take any chances--I will preserve her pristine beauty. I wish it were more fitted around the rearview by even just another inch all around. I know there's the smart box to accommodate and that area has some tinting and black dots? never really paid attention to WTF those are maybe part of the sensor system? but it ain't enough to kill a work days worth of rays beating into the car. I feel like if that area on the device was a little less open or was filled with a flexible section of the reflective fabric not backed by the hard board it'd be perfect. Since I have no other reference point and certainly didn't want that cheapa$$ tinfoil-looking kind detracting from my girl's beauty (I'm a girl all my cars are girls) I give it 3.8 stars.

My Reflection on Covercraft
Purchased this brand sun shade for new 1998 BMW, then a 2009 Pontiac G8GT, and now a 2021 Mazda CX5 Carbon Edition Turbo AWD. Pretty tight fit on the CX5 though it just takes a minute to find perfection. Don"t let others low ratings steer you away from Covercraft. I would not even consider any other brand. Update***** 07/10/23 Decided to purchase again for 2023 CX5 and was more than surprised to see a 23% price increase in one year. Had bought four of these for all my vehicles over the years. 23% in one year. No more Covercraft car covers or sun shades for me.

UPDATE TWO: Breaking near the seams. Foam particles all over the inside of my car.
UPDATE TWO: Breaking near the seams. Foam particles all over the inside of my car. Seems to be an issue with quality over time. Unfortunately it only has a one year warranty and even though it may be a health hazard neither the manufacturer nor the seller would not replace the sunscreen. I was told be glad I got nearly four years of use. This sunscreen sells for more than $80. That's a crazy answer even though I paid about $20 less in May 2019. Wished it hadn't ended this way.Worked great, but have to look for another as I worry about the health hazard.UPDATE ONE: Still is the best sunscreen I have had, but after three years it's beginning to fall apart at the seams. As well, because of it's stiff nature a small area of the sunscreen cracked in part trying to put it back away. Unfortunately it only seems to have a one-year warranty so I may consider trying some duct tape or something similar at the seams.ORIGINAL: Definitely keeps the car cooler than the less expensive sunscreens, but the stiff nature of the product does make it a bit unwieldy.

works better than cheaper brands
Ive used sunshades for years, most of the time they were cheap. since I discovered cover craft shades its all ive used in the last 4 vehicles ive owned. Fit is always right, it is thick material (unlike cheaper thin foil types) and you can feel the quality. Interior temps on a hot day will be down 20+ degrees (depends on angle of the sun and all my windows are tinted). Very impressed. It also saves dashboards from UV fade. More improtant in super hot climates but if you love your car this is a no brainer
